Acsoon® AF60W series is one of the most popular solid state static frequency converter.

AF60W is designed to change conventional 50 Hz to 60Hz or 60 Hz to 50Hz electrical energy, or change conventional 50Hz / 60Hz to 100Hz/200Hz/300Hz and 400Hz etc.,the frequency conversion is accomplished in a two (2)-stage process. The first stage converts the incoming Alternating supply voltage to a controlled DC voltage (rectification). The second stage inverts the DC voltage to an Alternating supply voltage at the desired output frequency (Inversion). It integrates IGBT and other modules made by Mitsubishi, Siemens, and combines microprocessor and PLC control design together for quick response and higher reliability.

Execution Of Acsoon® AF60W Static Frequency Converter: The system shall be housed in Sheet Steel cabinet with IP20 / IP32 /IP54 / IP55 protection and shall be powder coated in RAL7032 Grey shade. The cabinet shall be an upright, steel cabinet with removable side covers, The cooling fans shall be provided as per manufactures’ standard. The cooling fans shall be provided as per manufactures’ standard and hinge mounting front door. transformers are mounted on the bottom plate of the cabinet. The terminals for Mains Input & Output are provided on the interior side of the cabinet. Cable entry shall be provided from at the bottom side of the cabinet.
